CE Credit Reporting Resubmission Fee

This fee covers the additional third-party reporting costs incurred when CE credits must be resubmitted due to incorrect or incomplete information originally provided by the student.

Examples include incorrect insurance license numbers, legal names, or other required reporting information.

This fee applies only when an additional reporting charge has been incurred as a result of the original submission failure.

Please Note: Students must verify and confirm their correct information before resubmission. This fee does not include the original course purchase price.
